That has long made it a natural base for major corporations, entrepreneurs and wealthy families.

Over the past three decades, Gurgaon and Noida, which border Delhi on opposite sides, have transformed the wider NCR into one of the country’s biggest technology, startup and corporate hubs. Its growth is backed by improving infrastructure, luxury residential real estate. top talent and excellent global connectivity. The region also has India’s highest concentration of family offices and traditional private wealth, giving founders unmatched access to domestic capital. Today, companies from the region account for $88 billion of the country’s $147 billion new-age technology market capitalisation.
