The Sexy Ones: Nissan Concept Cars

By Luxury Volt
Published 30 Oct, 2015

Nissan makes really good cars. But looking at that red devil from Gran Turismo, I tell myself to start maintaining a new piggy bank to buy a red Nissan instead of a red Ferrari ! From the Tokyo Motor Show 2015, this is Queen B of all Nissan Concept cars.

Name sounds familiar? It should cause we have featured the Nissan Concept car on Luxuryvolt, earlier. The Nissan 2020 car looks like an all new one with that evil! sexy!… call it what you may, but evidently jaw dropping Fire Night Red colour!
So, what’s this car promises for the future that the other stunning concepts don’t? Nissan says it will revolutionise the relationship between the car and driver. The car’s automatic system will work as per the driver’s habits .i.e How the driver of the car would press the brake at what distance if he/she was driving!
Yes it does look evil. If in 2015, one can’t see the meaty version of a fav video game car then we aren’t truly advancing! This concept was first revealed in 2014

Created by a team of young designers at Nissan Design Europe, in London, England, the model was considered to have so much potential that it has benefited from input from an advanced engineering team based at Nissan Technical Centre in Atsugi, Japan.
This car that you can look at for hours together is a glimpse of what Nissan says its future cars will look like. Why not! (evil grin)
Lets elaborate on our second favourite Concept car…the Nissan IDS Concept’s AI communicates like an attentive partner. From information concerning traffic conditions, the driver’s schedule to personal interests..uhmm.. read on ..
The Nissan IDS Concept is fitted with a high-capacity 60 kWh battery, and thanks to its outstanding aerodynamics, low stance, flowing form and reduced weight due to its full-carbon-fiber body, the vehicle is designed to also meet the need to drive long distances.
The automated driver system has several advantages in this car. Not only does it negate the possible human errors with its sharp system, it also takes care of the comfort of passengers inside. The four seat loaded cabin becomes more comfortable with extended space when the driver opts for Auto Drive.
In this mode, the steering wheel recedes into the center of the instrument panel and a large flat screen comes out. Various driving-related operations are handled by AI, voice and gestures from the driver. All four seats move somewhat inward, facilitating easier conversation.
