The C-X17 brings into focus the advanced aluminium monocoque architecture. The idea of using this metal is to make the vehicle light weight.

The C-x17 is a four-seater sports crossover concept built on the aluminium-intensive architecture and luxurious insides. The C-X17 will be lightweight, extremely stiff and incorporates innovative technologies.

The interiors are astonishingly attractive. Interactive Surface Console – a multi-screen infotainment network.

The new architecture codenamed iQ[Al] will be a revolutionary shift in lightweight vehicle combined with efficient and competitive technology. These will enable Jaguar to offer vehicles with class-leading performance, including top speeds of over 300km/h.

The sports crossover vehicle could well be the most advanced sedan in its range when it finally rolls into showrooms.

The first sight of the concept vehicle was unwrapped at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show.
