Its raining new watches and new movements from the fastest growing watch brand Hublot, at SIHH 2014 in Geneva. The Spirit of Big Bang 2014 is a new creation inside-out. Made with a combination of metals and materials on the outside, the new Spirit of Big Bang functions on new movements designed by Hublot, in house. There are four versions of new Big Bang 2014; Spirit of Big Bang Titanium, Spirit of Big Bang Titanium Ceramic, Spirit of Big Bang King Gold and Spirit of Big Bang Gold Ceramic.

The new Big Bang from Hublot has a tonneau case. Holding the case together are the much appreciated and in-demand, detachable straps, made with alligator skin leather and rubber. Straps come in two colours- black and brown.
The cases measure 51mm by 45mm. and are made of four different combinations – Titanium, Titanium ceramic, King Gold 18K and King Gold 18K ceramic. The fusion material watch has 5% Platinum combined Gold. Sides of each case are satin finished. The 6 Titanium screws, signature of Big Bang collection are also used here.
Dials of new Big Bang 2014 range are dominated by the intricate skeleton of the machinery. Baton indices are wrapped with SuperLuminova.
Now lets explain the new movement with Hublot has introduced with the new Big Bang 2014 watches. HUB4700 works on a frequency of 5Hz. It uses 278 components. Hublot developed this movement in collaboration with Zenith.
The new Hublot Big Bang 2014 watches ‘Spirit of Big Bang’ will have 50 hours of power reserve. These watches are water resistant to 100 meters.
Date window is placed at 4:30. At 3 o’clock is the 30 minute dial and at 6 o’clock is the hour dial. I would invest in gold versions because it has my favourite combination of metals.
